Timeout between Mendix Server and MS SQL Database

Hi There, Has anyone ever seen the following message on a in house version of the Mendix server

WARNING - OSGi: EventAdmin: Blacklisting ServiceReference [[org.osgi.service.event.EventHandler] | Bundle(webui [63])] due to timeout! (bundle: org.apache.felix.eventadmin, service: ).

I think we may have lost the connection pool's connection the MS SQL but SQL was still up and running.

I had to shutdown the server and restart it in order to recover.
