Cannot start environment, but no errors

We are not able to start the Test environment of a new application, even with the initial revision. In the log, we don't get any error. The only log messages are:

Dec 19 10:06:42.052 127.0.0.1 tr10000: INFO - Core: Mendix Runtime is now shut down.

Anyone experienced this before?
