After a conversion from Mx4 to Mx6 I sometimes get suddenly the error below in firebug. In the modeler I get the standard message
From firebug I see this error below in my console, but that does not help me much. Anybody a suggestion on how to find the real culprit?
Strange part is that I open this form multiple times without a problem and then suddenly the form does not work anymore.

Strange also that restarting the modeler does not help. Restarting my laptop does help and the form becomes available again. Very strange, wonder what triggers this.
