Add snapshot of data

If I add a snapshot of data before committing from PC1, then I delete the deployment folder on PC2 where I need the data from PC1, when I update the project on PC2 I will get the snapshot.

My question is: what happens on PC3 where my colleague has his own testing data ? when he will update the project will his database be overwritten with my data ?
