During last sprint we introduced the BootstrapTooltip widget for our customer to create some hoover popups in our app. All went well in development and test environment. But when the app was ported to the Acc environment the message "No constructor found for BootstrapTooltip widget" appeared in the page. According to other issues of the same kind we tried to clear the cache with ctl-F5 and we manually deleted history and restarted the browser (customer uses IE 11.0.27 )
Is there someone who know
1. what the reason is that this phenomenon appears in a certain environment
2. how we can solve this
