Use Glyphicon as Watermark in Container?

I have a Container on one of my pages that looks like this in the modeler:

When I view it through the browser, it looks like this:

I would like to have the glyphicon appear as a watermark behind the other text in the Container.  

Any pointers about how to accomplish this are welcome!
