Is Multi level checkbox possible?

• Netherlands
  • Amsterdam
    • Central
    • DAM
  • Amstelveen
    • Westwijkplein
    • Sachoravlaan
• India
  • Delhi
    • Rohini

I would like to have check box for all 3 level i.e Netherlands -> Amsterdam -> Central 

I am able to achieve this  Amsterdam -> Central by using checkbox widget but I am wondering whether Netherlands -> Amsterdam -> Central  is possible or not.Can any one suggest me.?
