How can I know whether the value is selected from the dropdown or not?

In my application, I created one multiselect dropdown using Multiselect boostrap with the help of https://forum.mendixcloud.com/link/questions/86860. Now I want to know whether the value is selected or not. For example, my multiselect dropdown contains five values say One, Two, Three, Four and Other. Now I want to know whether the value 'Other' is selected or not. If selected then I want to change the value of one boolean variable from false to true. How can I approch this. Please let me know. Hope I am clear. Waiting for your valuable suggestion.
