Get list of Users that are using Native App

Hi, Does anyone know if there is a way to get a list of users that are using your native app? We previously had a Hybrid App and have since converted it to a Native App so we have a list of Users but have no idea of differentiating which users are using the Hybrid App or the Native App. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
