I have a license 50-500 because the number of users that will need to have access to the application will never be above 300. However I need also to save data of users that have had access to the application in the past but that are marked as "inactive". It might be that after a year of inactiveness I will need to turn a user again to "active", so that he will find back all his data.
Does the amount of "inactive users" influence the number of available users in my 50-500 license?
