within Mendix Sercive Console，can‘t start service,

Hello, when I follow the tutorial in the links https://docs.mendix.com/developerportal/deploy/deploy-mendix-on-microsoft-windows#4-deploying-a-mendix-app ,have completed  deploying a Mendix App  ,but I can’t start service ,Is there anyother information should be configed? I used the postgresql database type,and don’t have the jave env , could you give me some clues?  Thanks !
