iDEAL module: error getting issuers from iDEAL simulator

Hello All,

I'm trying to get the iDEAL module working against the simulator: https://www.ideal-checkout.nl/support/ideal-simulator

I have included all certificates from the simulator as required.

When I try to udate the issuers i get an error immediately:

com.mendix.modules.microflowengine.MicroflowException: com.mendix.core.CoreRuntimeException: com.mendix.systemwideinterfaces.MendixRuntimeException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Scheme 'https' not registered.
	at iDEAL.DoIssuerRequest (JavaAction : 'XMLMessageSend')

I use this from my http://localhost:8080 (could this be an issue, using localhost over http?)
