Error when migrating PostgreSQL database to non PostgreSQL database : Database is created but an error occurs when starting the server

I have managed to migrate the database from a local PostGreS DB created from a Backup file however face errors when running the application. It creates the target MSSQL DB successfully but I am unable to view the app
