How can I use Computer Telephony Integration for my Desktop and Mobile applications?

Hi all,

I have a destop application. I want to convert that app to mobile app. In both of them I want to use Computer telephony Integration. Is it possible to use CTI? If yes, Please let me know how can I approch this?
