Is it possible to base the caption of the header of a datagrid on a field in a data entity?

Hi,
What I have is a group of people that filled out a questionair. Now I want to show in a grid what they answered. In the header of the grid should the questions be listed and for each person is a row with the answers. The questions are stored in an entity. Is it possible to have a flexible column caption?
