Measuring downtime for your app

Dear Mendix community,

is there a widget or a different way available to measure downtime of your apps? This could be due to e.g., the application being off, technical issues etc., ultimately resulting in the app being either non-responsive or unreachable by the user.

Preferably there's a distinction between planned and unplanned downtime and the possibility to generate reports from the statistics.
