Tree View Cache Bust

Hi,

When adding or removing objects to/ from the Mendix Tree View (and Grid View) Widget, the widget does not refresh. I've read that a 'cache bust (attribute)' might solve this issue. However, what does that mean, or more importantly: how do I implement (build) it?
