Mobile App Keyboard selection

Hello,

1. Is it possible to select a specific keyboard layout for a mobile app?
2. Is it possible to select a specific keyboard layout for a certain page within a mobile app?

I'm working an app whereby the user can only entered numbers on a page, it would be nice if they could go straight to the numbers only keyboard layout.

Can any one tell me if this is possible please, if so, how do you go about doing it?
