how to initialize leaflet

hi team , i have create a new project in svn in v 9.24.21 . how i can initialize leaflet ? When i create a project locally on the same version then in deployment folder i have added scripts for leaflet in index.html but on svn project the deployment folder dont have index.html file . how i can set the scripts for leaflet for initialize and use
