OPC Router marketplace availability
Hello, We have noticed that there is an OPC Router application for IED, as mentioned on the OPC Router website and in the Siemens documentation. However, when I search for this application in the Siemens Industrial Edge marketplace, it is not listed, and the link from the documentation page is also broken. I receive an error message stating that '3PINRAY0002 is not a valid product.' Issue with multiple combo boxes on one page (MX 10.12.10)
Currently running into the following problem: We have a page which has 3 combo boxes on it as filters. Essentially the first value is used to filter the seconds pontions and so on. This means that we also hide the following combo box(es) until a value was selected. Resulting in the following sequence: Combo box 1 visible with no value - CB 2 invisible - CB 3 invisible. Combo box 1 visible with a value - CB 2 visible with no value - CB 3 invisible. Combo box 1 visible with a value - CB 2 visible with a value - CB 3 visible. Options for CB2 are reliant on the value of CB1, Options for CB3 are reliant on the values of CB1 & CB2 (using microflows) This works 99.9% of the time, but sometimes we get following error when selecting a value for CB2: An error occurred while executing microflow data source for widget MasterdataModule.ArticleRetailerSortingHelper_SortArticles.comboBox3: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'hash') Error: An error occurred while executing microflow data source for widget MasterdataModule.ArticleRetailerSortingHelper_SortArticles.comboBox3: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'hash') at Xe (http://localhost:8080/mxclientsystem/mxui/mxui.js?638737523341505077:61:207736) at http://localhost:8080/mxclientsystem/mxui/mxui.js?638737523341505077:61:221830 The error is not blocking, as after clicking it away the 3rd combo box has the correct and expected options, so it does load properly in the end. I've tried updating the widget to the latest version (Based on other forum posts I found for similar issues for other widgets) and I added extra checks on the datasource microflow for CB3 to check whetehr we actually have a value for CB2. Neither fixed the issue, it just seems to happen less. Any1 else that had this issue/got it fixed? (I had to select 10.12.9, as 10.12.10 was not an option for some reason.)

Databus "Application Not Available" Page Issue
We are trying to install and use Databus and Databus Configurator applications with our IEM and IEDs. However, we are unable to reach to the interface of “Databus Configurator” on IEM. Also, we couldn’t find any additional information about this issue on the documentation. Error messages in Deployment Detail log after creating a Package on Mendix for Private Cloud
Hi Team, We are currently running our environments on Mendix for Private Cloud and have 4 environments on slightly different version of Mendix (9.24, 10.4, and 10.12.1) The 2 environments built on the latest version of Mendix, we have just noticed an error message has been appearing in the deployment details section for all of our packages. There are 2 errors in the deployment details for each deployment package we create. I've seen some similar questions raised by the community with a response saying to check access rights for a specific folder however no such folder, /root/build/.local/share/Mendix/, exists on our Windows machines for the projects. Is this a .GIT repo folder location or a Mendix for Private Cloud staging location? The steps around it seem to suggest mendix checks being done to see if there are any errors. We do not have such errors in our other environments/applications on the earlier versions, which have also had a recent deployment package created. The folder path does not exist in the local projects files for any of our applications. Also worth noting that the build is successful and we are able to deploy the packages to the test/uat/production environments. But we need to know what is causing these errors, how to resolve them and if they could potentially cause issues within the environments. Problem with the configurator of Databus.
I have a problem with the app DataBus in Industrial Edge. I try to launch this app in Data Connections but it doesn´t work. I see that this could be that the configurator of this app is outdated or no installed. To solve this problem I try to uninstall and install it again but it still not working. I also try to reboot the industrial edge manangment, reinstall all the apps, unpublish and publish it again but nothings works. I have the same problem in the conectors SIMATIC S7 or the OPC UA Connector. I will add some picture of the problem. Here we can se the problem I have in all of this data connections in the databus, the OPC UA connector or the SIMPATIC S7 connector. In the next picture we can see that I have all the configurators good installed and updated. I hope someone can help me. Thanks

Errors after deleting page elements in Mendix Studio Pro.
I get the following error when trying to delete input fields inside Studio Pro 10.18.1. Structure mode and design mode become unresponsive afterwards, not allowing me to change anything and not being able to save my changes. The only way to continue my work is to restart Mendix. Disappearing buttons on the pop-up forms at lower resolution of browser
Hello everyone, I am using a default page of pop-up form in mendix when I click on a button the pop forms open up. My Forms has a Yes, No radio button and a comment field (text box). Now in resolution above 1300*600 everything works fine. But when my browser resolution is around 1272*600 the Save and Cancel buttons on the pop-up form disappear on opening the form or sometimes clicking on the YES, No radio buttons. Although they are still present like when I hover above it the cursor changes and I am able to click too but, they are not visible. P.S: I have not added any visibility condition or extra css on the Save and Cancel button.

Performance Issues with huge OQL tables & filters
Hi everyone, in our App we are often required to show 200-300 objects in a table or gallery (kanban board for example) and have advanced filters options that go beyond just simple text searches in a column (e.g. searching for an attribute in an associated object). In order to make that possible we use an OQL query as a string, that gets updated depending on the set filters by the user. When redirecting from that page (by clicking on a row or an object of the result) the page is increasingly slow, due to many non-persistent objects loaded in the cache/runtime. This has to do with the retrieval via the OQL. The redirection and overall performance of those tables/views have gotten so slow, that we have to do somthing about it. Anyone with a similar problem or different approach how to handle those types of overview pages with advanced filtering? Any suggestion is appreciated! BR Markus

Hello everyone, I have one case where I am sending emails via template, but if I have same person in to and cc the email should send only one time but currently the email is sending 2 times one for to person and another for cc person. But I have same person in both to and cc,the technically person should receive the email only once. How I can achieve this ? Anyone have any idea?

So now the app is completlely fucked up, and i commited already some times to the server. How can i undo all that changes, and get back in studio pro with an onlder commit, where everithing worked

I'm having trouble ordering the Basic license
Last week I tried to order the Basic package for my application. I got to the dashboard where I filled in the number of users and the location of the Mendix shared cloud, but then when I went to the next step in the request, I got a message that there was a problem on the Digital River side, which handles payments. Today I can’t even get to that dashboard. No matter which way I choose to upgrade to the Basic package, all I get is this: We’re on It! Sorry, this page needed some maintenance. We’ll be back as soon as possible. Have you experienced similar issues recently? This is my first attempt to purchase a Basic license. Thank you for your help.

I can't keep the data I posted
Hi, I am sending two parameters to a service by applying Call Rest Post. From there, it should return "S" for successfull and "E" for error. When I set the Rest Consume setting to Trace, I can see that it returns 200 OK and S or E in the console, but my action named ServiceOutput, which I call Rest Post, returns empty. It does not return a string empty, the type of the ServiceOutput action returns empty. (I am applying Export and Import mappings, they also use an .xsd file as the XML schema.) Why can't I keep the data in the ServiceOutput action even though I see the Response value in the console? Because later I will place a decision and say "If it is S, continue microflow, if it is E, return an error message".
